New Support For Manufacturing Company Creates 20 Jobs: McGuinty Government Moving Economy Forward

NEWS

Ontario is helping Transformix Engineering Inc. create 20 new full-time jobs and retain 80 highly-skilled positions in Kingston.

With the province’s support, the company will purchase and install new machines to build larger and more complex equipment for multinational manufacturing companies. The expansion will allow the company to better serve it clients, increase competitiveness, and become a leader in factory automation systems and products.

Ontario is providing a strong and stable environment for businesses to grow and create good jobs for families in the face of global economic uncertainty. These new jobs will build upon the 124,800 net new full-time jobs that have already been created in Ontario so far this year.

Partnering with local business and supporting innovation is a key component of the McGuinty Government’s plan to ensure families can find work while securing Ontario’s future in the new global economy.
