GLOBAL EDGE
The Pilot Global Edge Program
Global Edge was a pilot initiative for enterprising post-secondary students, 19 to 29 years old. The pilot provided participating students the opportunity to develop a broader understanding of the global economy. Over the summer, 12 participants worked for reputable international corporations, completed challenging work assignments and learned more about how international business operates. Partner companies included Canadian and international banks, information and communication technology (ICT) operations, as well as companies operating within the construction, transportation and aerospace sectors.
