YOUTH ENTREPRENEURSHIP PARTNERSHIPS GRANTS FOR NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS


NOTE: There have been two rounds of funding for the Youth Entrepreneurship Partnerships (YEP) initiative. The date of the next call for proposals has not been determined. The information below relates to previous rounds and may change when a new call for proposals is confirmed.


Program Description

Youth Entrepreneurship Partnerships provides funding of up to $100,000 per year for up to three years to non-profit organizations in Ontario that facilitate the development of an enterprising culture amongst Ontario's youth (typically between the ages of 12 - 29) by providing them with educational, experiential, and entrepreneurial opportunities and programs.

Who Can Apply

Proposals will only be accepted for consideration from non-profit organizations with a significant and substantial presence in Ontario, which must be legal entities, including:

  • Business Associations
  • Boards of Education
  • Post-secondary Institutions
  • Community Organizations
  • Volunteer Organizations

Proposals will be accepted for consideration from local or province-wide organizations, which are legal entities, and that meet all eligibility criteria. Priority will be given to those organizations that have demonstrated successful delivery of programs for youth, and have a well-developed network of key stakeholders and private sector partners. Priority will also be given to those proposals that identify substantive roles for their private sector partners.

Funding

Grants of up to $100,000 per year for up to 3 years (not to exceed $300,000 per applicant)
